Dysport is indicated for the temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines associated with procerus and corrugator muscle activity in adult patients less than 65 years of age.
Dysport components have a smaller molecular structure. Therefore, Dysport requires more units in the solution for the injection than with Botox. After Dysport injections, noticeable results are seen in about 2-3 days but it is always recommended to wait for a full 2-weeks to assess the effects completely.
